  Appalled at how the attendants at the seafood counter arrogantly addressed the predominantly Senior citizens making seafood purchases. Referring to a gentleman as Bud, Buddy, Pal or Brother who is old enough to be your Great Grandfather is rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. Speaking forcefully and arrogantly to the customer also leaves a lot to be desired by those who set the tone for the environment. If you want respect, give and show respect. Owner/leaders, set the example and the standard...Respect and humility should be on both sides of the counter but worse when it comes from the Vendor.

  Too bad. I had a great service experience from the guy at the fish counter. He went back and pulled me a red grouper. Very helpful. But then it all ended when I rounded out the trip to the cash register. The old female with long hair and glasses treated me and my son ATROCIOUSLY. I mentioned I forgot to have her charge me for some ice. As she was counting my change, I asked her opinion about how many bags of ice I would need. She snapped, "Just a second, I'm gonna get you some ice if you will just wait!" I expressed I was simply asking for her help and didn't need her poor attitude. She then replied with, "Well, you got it anyway!" I told her to forget the ice and left. I am so upset about being treated so poorly by an establishment after I spent $50 there. This all took place in about 15 minutes in and out time. Utter garbage.

  The seafood is fresh, with a lot of local catch and delicious. The folks at the counter are knowledgeable and helpful. We go here every chance we get for great seafood.
